here there are different sized seeds of pea,sweet pea,lupin and gorse.
I have chosen them simply for their size and shape.

The finished felt blanket/hanging awaiting the next process.
I am pretty pleased with the way this came out considering it was made completely by hand and eye.
its a little thin in places but i will back it with black fine muslin.

Here the raw shetland/gotland fleece has been layered ready to wet .
Its not big enough so will have to join two pieces together.

This was a major feat.
I had the great support from Caroline at The Felt Factory,Ross-On-Wye.
This will eventually be 7ft x7ft10 inches.
